At Soulganic, we take great care in creating and packaging our products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Due to the nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

However, your experience matters to us. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear video of the unboxing, showing the product and its packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Item

  • Opened or used products

  • Products returned without prior approval

  • Orders where the issue is reported after 48 hours

Refunds (if applicable)
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
